Due to the rescheduling of the West Sussex Festival, our awards day has been rearranged for FRIDAY 16TH MAY.

 

The proposed run of play is :

 

5.30 - 6 pm rugby - fun only games to be organised please - 10s this is your duty!  You can use main pitch and second pitch for this.

(include all squads from 6s, 7s,8s,9s,10s,11s, 12s)

 

6.40 - 7 pm Annual U12s v Coaches on lst Pitch.  U12s to organise and rope in all the coaches, grab some of those youth ones too!! 10 mins each way or 20 mins non stop, whatever you prefer.  Please adhere to the suggested dress code coaches, if you are unsure of this, Mr Jonathan Scrase will let you know.

 

BBQ will be up and running,  9s this is your duty!  Meat will be organised you just need to get rolls, ketchup, mustard, onions, napkins and bbqs.

 

Sweets and cakes also available 11s this is up to you lot (should be a doddle after the 11s festival)

 

Coaches v 12s - 12s to organise yes thats you Phil, Alex, Dave, Mark et al.

 

7pm Awards, start with the 6s/7s then upwards.  

 

Bar will be open during the evening volunteers from the 7s and 8s to help would be marvellous.
