Report from Chichester Festival - Sunday 4th October 2009
Today being the first competitive tournament for our under Sevens players, I was really pleased with the way the players responded to their new environment. We played a total of four matches and you could really see how the players adapted to the game and grew progressively better with each game. All players were involved and a huge shout must go out to our captain Phoenix who was literally “on fire” scoring several tries.
One of our newest players Harry Mustow played through the pain barrier and performed like a seasoned pro. The scores were as follows -
